The Red cottage is fully equipped for light housekeeping with a refrigerator, gas range, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, blankets, pillows, shower stall bath, one full-size bed, living room has a sleep sofa (full size) and Dish TV. You need to provide bed linens and towels. Sorry, no telephone. Minimal Wi-Fi connection from Cedar Cottage.
The Red Cottage has a screened-in porch with a picnic table, a deck for outside seating, and ramp accessibility Water view. Cottage capacity is 4 occupants.

The Cedar Cottage is fully equipped for light housekeeping with a refrigerator, electric range, washer, dryer, full bath, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, cooking utensils, bed linens, and towels. There are two bedrooms, (one has queen size bed, and one has twin beds). The living room has a queen sleep sofa and Dish TV. Sorry no telephone but do have Wi-Fi connections.
The Cedar Cottage has a large, open deck with a picnic table and a round umbrella table. Water view. Cottage capacity is 6 occupants.
Outdoor firepit available.
Arrival / Departure
Cottages are available the first week of June through October 31 for weekly rental. Call concerning winter availability of the Cedar Cottage.
Check-in: Sunday, 12 noon
Check out: Saturday, noon.
We do realize this is a six-night stay, but this gives our 2-person staff ample time to clean and prepare cottages for the next guests.
Cottage Rental Rates Per Week
2025
Red Cottage - $650.00 - deposit $100.00
Cedar Cottage - $950.00 - deposit $150.00
Add a State lodging tax of 9% to the rental rate.
A deposit is required by March 31 to confirm your reservation. Once credited, it will only be refunded if we are able to re-rent the cottage, should you need to cancel your reservation.
Pets are welcome upon prior approval of the business owner.
